Our services generally include preparing a detailed quotation to your scope of works and providing advice on the ‘buildability’ of any scheme. We will act as Principal Contractor employing and co-ordinating specialist services contractors to ensure a seamless and cost effective solution to your requirements.
Whether this is dilapidation works to an empty property prior to reletting or re-sale or updating finishes and fittings to an occupied property in a phased manner around users, we are able to tailor a solution to suit you.
